The house

The 96 m² apartment was extensively renovated in 2023 and occupies the ground and lower-ground floors. The ground floor has a furnished living and dining area, a separate kitchen and a guest WC. Both bedrooms and the bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC are on the lower-ground floor. The south-facing terrace has garden furniture and a beach chair available approximately April to October. Sun loungers, heating, window privacy screens and an ironing board are provided. Entertainment includes three televisions, radio, DVD and Blu-ray players. Bed linen, towels, NATURE toiletries, initial bathroom supplies, a water carafe and luggage service to and from the property are included. Guests receive free use of public transport on Sylt through Sylt Go!.
