Do you allow loud music?
Loud music is allowed only within limits and during specific hours. Respect neighbours and keep noise mild and within the home.
Can I reserve the home for a film, photo or advertisement shoot?
Events and shoots are subject to homeowner approval. Meals can be arranged at an additional cost per person per day. Any pool access requires separate homeowner approval. A refundable deposit and additional charges may apply depending on the event and its requirements. Loud music is permitted only during certain hours, and guests must obtain any other required permissions.
What type of beds are available?
The Treehouse Room has one king-sized bed.
Is there a security guard or watchman?
Yes. The home is within a gated complex.
