Pets are allowed. The property is not fenced. The pool is seasonal and available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The main villa has two floors connected by an internal staircase.
Getting there
The property is a few kilometres from Piobbico. The access route includes 2.5 km of unpaved road in good condition and 300 m of steep cement road. Parking is available for 4 to 5 cars. Apecchio is in the Province of Pesaro and Urbino; Fano beach is 70 km away. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
