Chipieri consists of a two-storey main villa and a small annex approximately 3 metres behind it. The villa has an open kitchen and living area, a living room with fireplace, air conditioning in the main-house rooms, rustic-modern interiors, exposed wooden beams and wooden floors. The property is set on approximately 25 hectares with a garden, organic vegetable garden and furnished portico. The pool is 5 metres from the main building.

The rectangular pool measures 12 x 6 metres, has a constant depth of 1.35 metres, Roman steps, a waterfall, internal and external lighting, oxygen purification, an outdoor solar-powered shower, six sunbeds and one beach umbrella. It is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

High-speed Wi-Fi is provided via Starlink; mobile phone reception may be unavailable or very weak because the area is not covered by GSM signal.

The property is a few kilometres from Piobbico. The access route includes 2.5 km of unpaved road in good condition and 300 m of steep cement road. Parking is available for 4 to 5 cars. Apecchio is in the Province of Pesaro and Urbino; Fano beach is 70 km away. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.

Pets are allowed. The property is not fenced. The pool is seasonal and available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The main villa has two floors connected by an internal staircase.
