## About the house

The 220 m² house occupies two floors. There is one ground-floor bedroom with a double bed and three first-floor bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. One upstairs double bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom. Two further bathrooms have bathtubs, one on each floor. All bedrooms have air conditioning, and a sofa bed can accommodate one extra guest. Two baby cots and a highchair are available on request.

Outside there is a garden, three sea-view terraces, a furnished porch and a barbecue. The living and dining room has two sofas, satellite television, a dining table, a fireplace and air conditioning. The separate kitchen has a hob and cooking utensils; structured facilities also include a microwave. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Central heating serves the whole house. There are two safes and an alarm.

Wi-Fi is free. Parking includes one outdoor space and one garage space. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy and a bank are within walking distance. Port d'Alcúdia beach is 0.05 km away, Alcúdia town is 2 km away, and Son Sant Joan Airport is 69 km away.
