The house

The 32 m² apartment has a living area with a sofa bed for up to two additional guests, television and dining table, plus an open-plan equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Senseo coffee maker. The bedroom has one queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) and two single beds (80 × 190 cm), described as suitable for children. A travel cot is available on request. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. A washing machine, hairdryer and 6 m² terrace are provided. The residence has a shared outdoor pool, unheated and open from June 1 to September 30; its stated dimensions are 13 × 6 m with a maximum depth of 1.5 m. One numbered private parking space and bicycle garage are available. Linen is provided on arrival for the stay without replacement; additional equipment such as an iron, fans or baby bath may be requested from the concierge.
