The house

The apartment has open-plan living and dining opening onto a private leafy balcony overlooking the Surry Hills streetscape. The living area has air conditioning, an L-shaped lounge and a large smart TV supporting streaming apps and Australian free-to-air channels. A four-person dining table sits beside the fully equipped kitchen, which includes stainless steel appliances, basic cooking essentials, a fridge/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and electric rice cooker.

The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a double bed. Both have ceiling fans, electric blankets, hotel-quality linens, wardrobe space and international phone adapters. The bathroom contains a full-sized bath, separate large corner shower, toilet and basin with storage; a hair dryer and toiletries are provided.

An internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi, a workspace, heating and an iron are available. Free on-premises and street parking are offered. Dining and entertainment options are within a five-minute stroll.
