The house

The home has a sunlit open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, large windows, a usable fireplace and a lower-level living/media area. The equipped kitchen includes an island, barstools, a window bench, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishes and silverware. Dining spaces include the indoor dining room, screened porch and patio beneath a vine-covered pergola.

All three bedrooms are on the main floor. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, closet and ensuite bathroom; Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed and closet; Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and closet. There are two full shower bathrooms on the main floor and a third on the lower level. The main- and lower-level bathrooms have been renovated. The office/lounge has closing doors.

The landscaped yard includes a private heated outdoor gunite pool, three lounge chairs, patio furniture, a wood-burning fire pit, gas and charcoal grilling facilities, a swing set and a ping-pong table. An outdoor shower supplies hot and cold water. Beach equipment includes four beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and paddle board. The yard is fenced.

Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. The home has a private entrance, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire extinguisher. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
