The approximately 1,800-square-foot home has a manicured courtyard, fenced backyard and a furnished deck/patio with two lounge chairs and a gas grill. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are available. The individually described sleeping rooms include an upstairs primary room with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub; a main-floor guest room with a queen bed and an ensuite shower bathroom; and a main-floor single room with a twin bed. Each described sleeping room has air conditioning and a closet. A separate half bathroom is on the main floor. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Linens, bath and beach towels, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer are provided. The home has Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a private entrance, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and driveway parking for two cars. Only the main house is included. A separate cottage on the property is occupied by a tenant and has substantial separation from the main house. Spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. No guests beyond the maximum occupancy of six are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Any proposed event, commercial activity, non-traditional use or rotating guest group requires prior written host approval and may incur additional fees and/or an increased security deposit. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs above $45.00 per night of the reservation. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above $3,500 must be by check, ACH or wire. Instead of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
