The house

The renovated studio has a bright minimalist interior with vibrant art, a main bed and an additional fold-away bed. Guests have exclusive use of the entire flat. The fully equipped kitchen, flooring and bathroom have been recently updated; the bathroom has a modern shower, and a bathtub is also included among the amenities. Insulation in the property above helps reduce overhead footstep noise.

Nearby are bars, independent cafés, restaurants and vintage shops. Regular buses reach Brighton city centre in 10 minutes, Brighton Marina in 5 minutes and Brighton Station in 15 minutes. Routes 7, 1 and 23 serve the surrounding area, and bike hire is available nearby.

The studio is professionally cleaned before each stay, with fresh bed linen, towels and essentials provided. Other amenities include hot water, shampoo and room-darkening shades. Self check-in is via lockbox. Narrow stairs lead down to the flat.
