The house

The apartment is on the third floor of a building with a lift. The grey-green entryway includes a desk for remote work and leads to a hallway serving all three bedrooms. About half of the apartment is carpeted.

The living area has two grey sofas, cream chairs and a marble-and-iron fireplace with floral mouldings. The adjoining dining area has a large table seating eight and a display of round mirrors. A black cast-iron and glass partition separates the fully equipped kitchen from the living area. The kitchen has white cabinetry, a breakfast table, dishwasher, electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware and tableware.

The principal bedroom has a queen-size bed, marble mantelpiece, mirror and wooden desk. The teal second bedroom has a queen-size bed, desk and hanging light fixture. The third bedroom has dark grey walls, a double bed and a desk. There are two shower rooms and a separate WC: the first shower room has a walk-in shower and basin, and the second has a shower, basin and urinal. There is one regular WC and one urinal in total.

Facilities include central heating, high-speed internet access, a smart TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Towels, bed linen and basic toiletries are provided. The apartment is suitable for children and infants. Metro Line 1 provides direct access to the Louvre, Le Marais and the Champs-Élysées.
