The house

The house has an open-plan living and dining area with wooden floors, a couch seating four, blackout blinds and a TV with Free-to-Air, cable and streaming. Guests use their own streaming accounts. The bedroom has one king bed, bedside lamps and clothing storage. Heating and cooling are available in the living room and bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, gas stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cookware, cutlery and dishes. The dining table seats six, with two additional countertop seats. A washer and dryer are tucked into the kitchen area. Towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, an iron and hotel-style bed linen with a three-sheet setup are provided, along with a small welcome amenity pack.

The private balcony has outdoor seating and a gas BBQ. Free onsite parking is available for one vehicle in the right-side carport. The home has Wi-Fi, a private entrance, and sea, water and beach views. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Dee Why Beach is nearby, with The Strand dining area and Dee Why Lagoon also in the local area. Self-check-in is available with onsite key collection. Longer stays are allowed, and the property is suitable for children aged 2–12.
