House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Parties or events may result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. For bookings longer than 7 nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is scheduled every 7 nights, on Day 8, Day 15 and so on. It includes fresh linen, light cleaning and trash removal. The fee is R560 per clean, separate from the standard cleaning fee, and must be paid before check-in through Airbnb’s Resolution Centre.
Getting there
Cape Town occasionally experiences scheduled power outages (loadshedding). Some daytime construction noise is possible on weekdays. The building has an elevator. The property is not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2.
