The house

The entire apartment is available to guests, with access through a private atrium. The open-plan living area has a large sofa that converts into a bed, chairs, a dining table and windows providing natural light. A separate bedroom has a double bed. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, as well as a small veranda and private courtyard.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, cookware, dishes and silverware. Hotel-quality bed linen and towels are provided, and the apartment is professionally cleaned. Hot water, shampoo, a smoke detector and a carbon monoxide detector are available. There is no television.

The surrounding neighborhood has art studios, theaters and eateries. Nearby metro connections include line 2 at Ménilmontant and Père Lachaise, line 3 at Père Lachaise and Gambetta, and line 11 at Pyrénées and Jourdain. Guest support is available 24/7, and a key lockbox supports 24-hour check-in from the stated arrival time.
