No pets, smoking, parties or events. Parties or events may result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. The property is not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2. No quiet time is specified as a house-rule restriction. A mandatory 5% Edinburgh Visitor Levy applies to all stays from 24 July 2026 onwards; it is included in the total booking price and collected automatically.
Getting there
The Royal Mile is steps away, Victoria Street is around the corner, and New Town and major shopping areas are a short walk away. Castle bleachers are visible during the Fringe Festival and some major events. Tattoo band performances can be heard during daytime and evening shows; fireworks take place around 10 PM. The property is not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2.
