House rules
Minimum rental period: one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, a surcharge of 80€ applies to cover extra domestic-service charges, including water, electricity and gas, in the event of non-responsible use. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Guests must collect the keys at the Welcome Center in Lisbon and provide ID or passport information at check-in. A confirmation voucher with reservation details and additional services is sent by email.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fourth floor; the building has a lift. Bed linen and towels are not supplied.
