House rules
The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Maximum occupancy is 14, with no additional guests permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating guest groups require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $150.00 per reservation night. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If cancellation dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and rebooked for the same dates at the same or higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the original total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement booking is collected. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments are complete and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to arrange reasonable daytime appointments.
Getting there
Town is a few minutes away by car. Driveway parking is limited to four cars. The property is not handicap accessible. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment; seasonal cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at staymarquis.com.
