House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. Do not bring or cook with onion, garlic or nuts because the homeowner has severe allergies. The minimum age to rent is 21. Children and infants are welcome. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and highchairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellations less than five days before arrival receive no refund, subject to the full cancellation policy.
Getting there
The adjoining study remains private and is not available to guests. The flat is near riverside walks and the King’s Road.
