Steps lead down from street level into a sitting room with a sofa, TV and single futon bed available for an additional guest if required. The adjoining kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, cookware and tableware; there is no dishwasher. A dining table seats four, and French doors open onto a patio garden with outdoor seating.

The rear bedroom has one double bed and overlooks the patio. Bedroom storage is provided in a cupboard in the sitting room. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, sink and toilet. A washing machine and tumble dryer are next to the entrance. The flat also has central heating, a desk, smart TV, an iron and ironing board, and essentials including towels, bed linen and toiletries. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.

Veeve provides a personal welcome, professional cleaning and hotel-quality linens and towels, with complimentary weekly linen changes for longer stays. Additional services and items may be ordered subject to availability: baby cots and high chairs, early or late check-in, late check-out, airport pickups and private transfers, welcome packs, mid-stay housekeeping, fresh towels and linens, and additional bedding or pillows.
