House rules
No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks events. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Pets must stay off couches and beds. Do not feed wild birds, especially cockatoos. Unless previously agreed otherwise, stays are for private residential use and only the guests recorded on the booking may be accommodated. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Specified arrival days may apply during peak periods. A security bond applies. Long-term stays are allowed.
Getting there
A dog-friendly beach is a five-minute stroll away. Sandy Gully Beach is a leisurely walk away. Other local beaches, Eagle Rock Marine Sanctuary, Split Point Lighthouse, tennis courts, cafes and shops are within walking distance. On-site parking is limited to four car spaces.
