The home has five bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area opening onto a covered deck with a BBQ. The kitchen includes a butler’s pantry, coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and kettle. There are two large smart TVs, including a 75-inch TV, a Wii game console, heating, children’s books and toys, and supplied bed linen. The master bedroom has an ensuite; the second bathroom has a bath/shower, with a separate toilet and laundry. A crib, travel crib and high chair are available, and the home is suitable for children and infants.

No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks events. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Pets must stay off couches and beds. Do not feed wild birds, especially cockatoos. Unless previously agreed otherwise, stays are for private residential use and only the guests recorded on the booking may be accommodated. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Specified arrival days may apply during peak periods. A security bond applies. Long-term stays are allowed.
