The house

The first level has three bedrooms containing a king bed, a queen bed and two twin beds, along with two bathrooms. Upstairs, an open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area sit alongside a fourth bedroom with a king bed and a third bathroom. The living room has sofas, a wood-burning fireplace and a flatscreen television. Heating and ceiling fans are available.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and utensils. There is indoor dining, plus a balcony with a small dining area and a gas grill. Oil, spices, coffee and other consumables are not provided.

Facilities include an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Bring your own pool and hot tub towels; regular-sized towels are provided for the stay. The condo also has Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, parking for two cars, self check-in and a private entrance. Cable, Wi-Fi and cell service can be unreliable because utility disruptions occur in this mountainous region.

Bed linens, fresh towels, a hair dryer and hangers are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

The condo is between Old Mammoth and Mammoth Lakes. Mammoth Mountain Ski Area is less than five miles west, downtown Mammoth Lakes is one mile away, and Yosemite National Park is 37 miles away. A car is not necessary.
