House rules
Check-in is from 3:00 PM; check-out is until 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 18 to check in and should provide an expected arrival time in advance. Children of all ages are welcome; children aged 11 and older are charged as adults. Cots for ages 0–2 are free upon request and subject to availability. Extra beds for ages 3 and older cost €50 per person, per night, upon request and subject to availability; maximum cot and extra-bed capacity depends on the room or villa type. Smoking is prohibited inside rooms, villas and indoor common areas; designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Parties and events require advance approval. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Early check-in may incur an additional fee and is subject to availability. Late check-out is subject to availability and complimentary for direct bookings. Cancellation, amendment, prepayment and no-show terms depend on accommodation type, rate plan and booking channel. Airport transfers are optional and incur a supplement unless booked direct for three or more nights.
