No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Special events are permitted subject to arrangements with the rental office; a special-event fee may apply. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Bookings more than 51 weeks in advance are permitted.

The home is oceanfront in Pine Island Club. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant; steps or thresholds may be required for access.
