No smoking. No parties or events; violations can result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Quiet hours are 21:00–09:00. A maximum of one pet is allowed at no additional fee. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. The flat is fully self-catered; salt, pepper, cooking oil and toiletries are not guaranteed.

Fulham Broadway Station is steps away. Stamford Bridge Stadium is a 10-minute stroll away. The shower is small.
