House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. All guests must submit a passport or valid ID, as required by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). A security deposit of 1000 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellations within 14 days of arrival incur the total reservation price.
Getting there
The Mall of the Emirates and JBR Beach are approximately 18–20 minutes away by car. Restaurants, cafés and shopping outlets in JVC are within walking distance.
