The house

The 42 m² house has one bedroom with a 140 × 200 cm double bed, a shower room with WC, an open-plan kitchen and a living room without a television. A mezzanine with a bench is accessed by a ladder; use caution. The kitchen has an electric hob, refrigerator, small oven, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, dishes and utensils. The property has a fenced garden with garden furniture, a 20 m² terrace and a barbecue. Electric heating is included. A concierge team is available during the stay. Ordered linen is provided on arrival for the whole stay, without replacement; housekeeping during the stay is not provided. The house does not have a dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets for charging.
