The house

The entire second-floor apartment has an entrance opening onto an open kitchen and living room, a separate courtyard-facing bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet. Parquet flooring and recently renovated communal areas are features of the building.

The kitchen has utensils and dishes for meals. Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine, a hair dryer and television with Molotov TV are available. Toiletries, bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided, with professional cleaning and linen laundry.

Gambetta metro station is 400 metres away, with a journey of about ten minutes to Lille Flandres and about fifteen minutes with a line change to Lille Europe. The Gambetta bus stop is 250 metres away and the nearest V’Lille station is 200 metres away. Nearby shops include Carrefour Market Gambetta at 450 metres, Wazemmes Market at 750 metres and a bakery at 80 metres. Sébastopol Theater is 300 metres away.

Self check-in allows key collection and return without the host being present. Guest support is available from 09:00 to 23:00, and emergency maintenance technicians from 10:00 to 17:00. Extra services include luggage storage, a private driver, equipment for children and activities.
