The entire second-floor apartment has an entrance opening onto an open kitchen and living room, a separate courtyard-facing bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet. Parquet flooring and recently renovated communal areas are features of the building.

The kitchen has utensils and dishes for meals. Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine, a hair dryer and television with Molotov TV are available. Toiletries, bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided, with professional cleaning and linen laundry.
