## About the house

The house has polished wood floors and natural light. On the second floor, an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area includes seating, a television, books and board games. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, counter space and cabinet storage. A large deck has a patio table, and the yard is fully enclosed.

Downstairs, a furnished bonus room has a large television with streaming services and a DVD player. A laundry room provides a private washer and dryer. There are two shared full bathrooms, including a downstairs bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a king bed, the other has two twin beds, and a common space has a sofa bed. The maximum occupancy is five guests.

Wi-Fi, heating, adult bikes, a gaming system, an iron, a Pack-N-Play, a wagon, stroller and booster seat are available. Dogs are welcome. There is no air-conditioning. Streaming requires guests' own accounts. The interior staircase is steep and narrow and may not suit guests with mobility challenges.

The beach is a short walk away. Downtown Rockaway has dining options and boutiques, including Flamingo Jim's. Fishing, clamming and crabbing equipment can be rented at Jetty Fishery. The Tillamook Cheese Factory is 12 miles south; Seaside is a 34-mile drive north, with Cannon Beach along the route. Golf is available nearby.
