House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 18 years old are not accepted. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is taken as a card pre-authorisation. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional services: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; linen for a double bed €18 per booking; linen for a single bed €14 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €85 per booking; cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking. Contact the agency one week before arrival to provide the arrival time and arrange key collection. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. Tourist tax is included in the total price.
Getting there
Leuhan sandy beach is 900 m away; Guilvinec port is 800 m away. The house is described as suitable for discovering the area on foot or by bicycle. Two private outdoor parking spaces are available. No dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket is provided; do not use domestic sockets for vehicle charging.
