House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets under 15 kg are accepted, except animals of dangerous breeds. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to provide arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Optional household linen is supplied on arrival for the stay, without replacement; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is secured by card pre-authorization.
Getting there
Grande Plage is 700 m away on foot. The property is 1.1 km from Super U and 1.4 km from Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. The home is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
