House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 25 are not accepted. Charging electric vehicles is not permitted; the home has no dedicated EV charging outlet. Bed linen and towels are not provided by default and may be ordered as optional services. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay, with no replacement during the stay. A refundable €800 security deposit is required per booking by card pre-authorization. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional services: cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking; kitchen linen €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per bed; single-bed linen €12 per bed; end-of-stay cleaning €95 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Tourist tax is payable before the stay; its amount depends on the stay. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to coordinate key handover and provide the arrival time. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
The beach is 500 m away; Plage du Mûrier is 650 m away and the Remblais is 700 m away. Notre-Dame-de-Monts town centre is 900 m away. The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
