A double sofa bed is in the shared living area. There is one bathroom with a shower. The kitchen has an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. The property is 67 m², on a 260 m² plot, with electric heating. It is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
