No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. A refundable €800 booking deposit is taken by card pre-authorisation. The tourist tax is payable before the stay; the listing also indicates it is included in the total price. Kitchen linens cost €2 per booking; a towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per bed; single-bed linen €14 per bed; bath mat €3 per booking. End-of-stay cleaning is optional at €220 per booking. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are offered as options. A 10% Hoomy concierge service fee is stated as a booking charge.
