House rules
Maximum eight guests. Pets are welcome with a pet fee. No smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellation within 30 days receives no refund.
Getting there
Kingsbury Beach on Cape Cod Bay is less than half a mile west, an eight-minute walk. Wiley Park Beach on Great Pond is half a mile south; Coast Guard Beach is three miles east. The home is one mile west of Route 6. Basement laundry access is outside through the bulkhead.
