The home accommodates up to eight guests and has two bathrooms. Its flat, spacious, tree-lined yard offers space for lawn games, grilling and outdoor dining, with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Inside, the living room has high ceilings and comfortable seating. Wi-Fi, advertised high-speed internet and cable service are available throughout the home. The kitchen has natural wood cabinetry and a gas stove, and the adjoining sunny dining room has seating and a built-in bench.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed and a private bathroom. A door connects it to the twin bedroom off the living room. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed at the end of the back hall, and Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. A common space has a sofa bed. Bed linens, towels, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided. The washer and dryer are in the basement, reached from outside through the bulkhead.

The home is one mile west of Route 6. Kingsbury Beach on Cape Cod Bay is less than half a mile west, an eight-minute walk. Wiley Park Beach on Great Pond is half a mile south, with trails and a playground nearby. Coast Guard Beach on the Atlantic Ocean is three miles east. The surrounding area offers cycling and access to Cape Cod National Seashore.
