House rules
Maximum 10 guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. All guests must sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. Community amenity use is optional and carries a seasonal per-person fee for guests aged five and older, arranged before arrival. Cancellations 30 or more days before check-in receive a full refund less the booking fee; cancellations within 30 days receive no refund. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay's rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy.
Getting there
Fenwick Island and Ocean City beaches are a short drive away. Resort amenities are shared and subject to an optional seasonal per-person access fee for guests aged five and older.
