The house has two bedrooms: one with a king bed and one with two twin beds, plus one bathroom. Inside are central air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a living room with a TV. The fireplace is not operational. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided. A washer and dryer are in a common space.

Outside are an enclosed yard, an outdoor shower and a patio for grilling. Falmouth Marina Park, with its farmers market, artist fair and seasonal events, is a short walk away, along with Falmouth Harbor, the Island Queen and Edgartown ferries, restaurants and shops. A scenic bike path is one mile away. Area attractions include Surf Drive Beach, Falmouth Beach, Spohr Gardens and Falmouth Museums on the Green.

Downtown Falmouth and Mashpee Commons are a short drive away, with dining, shopping and entertainment, including bowling and a movie theater. Nearby attractions also include the Cape Cod Children's Museum, Woods Hole Science Aquarium and ferry trips to Martha's Vineyard.
