The apartment occupies a well-maintained Art Deco building with double-brick construction, hardwood timber floors, original timber woodwork, consistent gas hot water, an intercom and a secure building door. Guests have full access to the apartment.

The living room has a large window, a sofa bed available on request for one guest, board games, a remote-controlled gas fireplace and a Frame Smart TV with streaming apps; free-to-air channels are accessed through apps. Split-system heating and cooling serves both the living room and the bedroom. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a built-in wardrobe. The central bathroom has a shower over a bath and retains original features from 1930.

The renovated kitchen has gas cooking, cooking essentials, dishes, cutlery, cookware, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine with pods, a wine fridge, a fridge/freezer, a kettle, a microwave, a stove, an oven and a toaster.
