Smoking is prohibited. Parties and events are not allowed. Youth groups up to 21 years are not accepted. Pets are allowed except dangerous animals, and dangerous-breed dogs are not allowed. Charging electric vehicles is not allowed. Guests bring their own bed linen and towels. Final cleaning is mandatory. A refundable security deposit is reserved on arrival and released within one week after check-out if the house passes inspection.

A sandy beach is 300 m away. Grebbestad's town centre, cafés and shops are 7 km away; restaurants are 5 km away. The property has open-air parking and a private entrance.
