## About the house

The apartment occupies part of Palazzo Chiarandà, a historic noble building restored in 2012, with a large entrance and antique decor. Interiors feature high ceilings, decorative balcony railings, classic furnishings and exposed wooden beams in the mezzanine bedroom.

The bright living area has a sofa, armchairs, a workstation and a dining area. A separate, fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, moka pot and microwave. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are also provided. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.

The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, with a full shower bathroom on the same level. Stairs from the living area lead to a spacious mezzanine bedroom with a French-sized double bed, suitable for a couple or two youths, and a private shower bathroom. The mezzanine staircase has no banister, making the apartment unsuitable for families with children under 12.

Palermo Central Station is a five-minute walk away and serves trains and buses to and from the airport. Construction sites, clubs and gathering places in the historic center may cause noise during the day and at night.

The apartment is on the second floor with lift access. The mezzanine bedroom is reached by an internal staircase without a banister; the apartment is unsuitable for families with children under 12. Palermo Central Station is a five-minute walk away, with trains and buses to and from the airport. Construction sites, clubs and gathering places in the historic center may cause daytime and nighttime noise.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in ends at 20:00; late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount varying according to local regulations. The apartment is unsuitable for families with children under 12.
