House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to age 25 are not accepted. Contact the agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key collection. In low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 security deposit is required per booking, by card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional linen and service fees: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per booking; single-bed linen €12 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €37 per booking. Cancellation insurance is optional at 5.5% of the booking. The tourist tax is included in the total price. Linen is provided for the stay when ordered, without replacement; housekeeping during the stay is not provided. Do not use domestic sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point.

The sandy beach is 500 m away. Carrefour City supermarket is 300 m away; Marché Arago is 1 km away. Nonna restaurant is 600 m away and Le Mama is 1 km away. Outdoor parking is in the same building.
