How do arrival and departure transfers work?
Included transfers cover airport pickup, travel by land to the river port, and canoe navigation along the Madre de Dios River on arrival and departure. Arrival must be between 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Checkout is by 8:00 a.m., with arrival back in the city at approximately 10:00 a.m.
What meals and guided activities are included?
Full board runs from lunch on arrival day through breakfast on departure day. Guests may choose one daily excursion for the Spanish- and English-speaking guide’s group itinerary. Included options are an interpretive forest walk, a night walk, a nocturnal river safari, a Taricaya Rescue Center visit with its canopy suspension bridge, and traditional fishing near the property. Activities last about 40 minutes to three hours and depend on weather and availability.
Which additional excursions are offered?
Excursions available at an additional cost include the Chuncho Macaw Clay Lick, Lake Sandoval, Canopy Walkway Luxury Collection, piranha fishing at Lake Valencia, the seasonal Pampas Heath Macaw Clay Lick, a cacao and artisan chocolate tour, seasonal Brazil nut zone immersion, and other specialized excursions.

Wynwood House uses a fully automated check-in process and offers assistance through its digital concierge 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Wynwood House also offers a chauffeur service that can be requested by the day, by the hour, or for a specific pickup.
