House rules
Non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Do not use household electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Contact the reception agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. Linen is optional; ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay with no renewal. Mid-stay cleaning is not provided. A €60 end-of-stay cleaning charge per booking applies. The concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken as a card pre-authorisation. Kitchen towels, internet, heating, personalised welcome and departure service are included. Optional charges per booking: bath towel set €7, double-bed linen €18, single-bed linen €14, and bath mat €3. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation. Tourist tax is included in the total price.
