House rules

All guests must be over 18. Rooms are double occupancy only; additional guests and extra beds are not permitted. Groups and events are not accommodated. A brief pre-arrival phone call is required during the week before arrival. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property; guests smoking in guestrooms may be required to leave and charged a $250 cleaning fee. Candles and open flames are prohibited. Keep noise to a minimum from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. Pets are not accepted. A $25 charge applies for each linen used to remove makeup. Additional cleaning beyond normal housekeeping is billed at a minimum of $75 plus additional costs. Lost keys incur a $75 charge. Parking is at the vehicle owner's risk. A $5-per-day-per-guest voucher is provided for use at Far Land Provisions.

Getting there

Charm is a two-story guesthouse in a historic district. The property is not ADA accessible. Parking is included only with specific rooms; spaces accommodate mid-sized vehicles or smaller, and additional visitor cars and golf carts cannot be parked on the property.
