House rules
The minimum age to rent the property is 25. Smoking, pets and parties are not allowed. After booking confirmation, guests must complete an online pre-check-in form to confirm identity and booking details and provide an official photographic identification document. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before check-in receives a 50% refund, subject to the full cancellation policy.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor with no lift access, and an internal staircase leads to the bedrooms. Renovation works in the building next door may cause daytime noise. A cat usually lives in the home.
