## About the house

The home accommodates eight guests in four bedrooms with three king beds and two twin beds. There are three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Ocean views extend from almost every room, and extensive decking includes a covered deck and a rooftop ocean deck with views of sunrises and sound-side sunsets.

Level 1 has a hot tub. Level 2 contains a king bedroom with an ensuite shower/tub combination, a second king bedroom, a twin bedroom, a separate full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, laundry and a covered deck. Level 3 contains an oceanside king bedroom with an ensuite standing shower and soaking tub, a half bathroom, the great room, kitchen, dining area and decks.

Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, streaming TV, a washer and dryer, bath towels, bed linens, pillows and blankets, and an iron and ironing board. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Outdoor amenities include furniture, five beach chairs, charcoal and gas grills, and an outdoor shower. The home has a private well, keyless entry and an outdoor street- or driveway-facing security camera.

Access requires a four-wheel-drive vehicle. The home is approximately 3.2 miles up the beach, with parking for three vehicles. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Check-in and check-out are on Sunday. Optional early check-in at 13:00 may be available for $195 plus tax; quantities are limited and availability must be confirmed after booking.
