Smoking is not allowed and pets are not allowed. The fireplace is usable only in winter and is closed from May through December. The terrace whirlpool is available only from December through the end of April; outside that period, use costs €240 payable onsite.
Getting there
The chalet is opposite the Schmittenhöhebahn cable car; a ski lift or cross-country track is listed at 20 m. The lake is 2.5 km away, shopping is 2 km away, a restaurant is 120 m away, and the centre of Zell am See is 2 km away. The property has a carport for 2–3 cars.
