The house

The chalet combines wood-rich Alpine construction with contemporary decoration and furnishings. Its spacious living room opens to a fully equipped kitchen. The first-floor living areas include dining and breakfast areas, a bar, a reading lounge, fireplaces and a terrace. There are seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, plus a separate first-floor toilet.

The ground floor has a cinema room, games room and wellness area with a hammam, sauna and outdoor jacuzzi. Entertainment includes snooker, table football, pinball, board games, children's games, video games, TV, speakers, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, Canal Plus and Netflix. Ski facilities include a ski locker and boot heater. Outdoor furniture, parking and an electric-vehicle charging station are available.

The kitchen includes induction hobs, an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, refrigerated wine cellar, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, electric juicer and deep fryer. Fondue, raclette, crêpe and waffle appliances and a brasero plancha are also available. Laundry equipment includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The ground-floor children's bedroom has four single sleeping places described as bunk beds, a TV, video games and an ensuite shower room. Two first-floor bedrooms each have a balcony, TV and ensuite shower room: one has a separable double bed and the other a double bed.

The Essential self-catered service includes bathroom products, beds made before arrival, household and bath linen, daily cleaning and end-of-stay cleaning. Reception at the property and wood for the fireplace are winter-only services. A baby cot, high chair and 4G Wi-Fi box are available on request and are not included.
